Pls what cable do u need to use in sending ringtones from my pc to my nokia 3100, 7210, 7250i and also which software do i need to use to do this effectively. PLs help.

as software you need "Nokia Pc suite" it is available for download from Nokia official web site, or search the forum you'll find it, and you need a data cable for Nokia 3100, that's all as far as i know

how can i change a cable unlock nokia 3510 i to a cable data

cable unlock greefing / or cable unlock ufs to use it for i upload java with
dont tell me buy a cable data, i need do that change cable unlock to data ,

for 3100 u need DKU 5 and pc suite (only work with those two together) or MMS for ringtones and pictures
for 72xx u need DKU 5 and pc suite or MMS or INFRARED connection and infrared adapter's software or pc suite example of infrared adapter: MA-620 (Mobile Action Technology Inc.) this is what I have and tested...
I think that any other infrared (usb connected) adapter work with my Ma-620 software and driver (this I've tested myself with other adapters)
Good luck and don't waste your time to try with DKU 2 cable ,it won't work,trust ME!

but nokia 3510i he dont have ird , any way

i will tell you if its will work or no i will just do it, just try to find me a shemat cable

To use your mobile with PC Suite then u must have DKU-5 USB cable.
or you can use MOBIMB with simple 7210 Serial cable, hope so easily available in your area, so i prefer go for simple 7210 serial cable
