nokia 3230 dead after flash..

was reading fine.. when i flash it.. the soft shows some error..
and now

APE Variant file: NONE
APE User Flash file: NONE
Switching to serial...
Powering the phone...
Failed! Aborting!

i cannot read the phone !!!!
help what can i do?
