hi, i've got 6510 pack language so my queistion is
the flash is for 4.12 could it work on 4.06 and how i can install all
the pack and remove the installed pack
please it's urgent

Yes, u can flash in 6510 immediately. U don't have to uninstall the old version which is in ur phone.

How to flash?
U have to a dongle like Neelix, Griffin or AFD and Flasher cable include its software to flash. If u have one, u should try to connect the seller. If u don't have one, its cost is USD150 approximately.

but my quiestion it's about the language
pack could i remove the installed in the phone
and put another pack,i've found a pack
list for wintesla so is ther a software that
could extract a specific language
cause i want the F region for israel

i've found that link that contain the most of pack of language in all regions for most of phones even the newest

so if there is one that can tell me how to extract a specific language and convert it to pmm or ppm i dont know...
