plzz help me i have nokia 5140 and i search search and search but i didn't find the program to unlock him. plzzzz help me its very urgent

You can unlock it with free code calculators, Griffin, Saras boxes, GTI, Prodigy, J.A.F etc etc

but i've try 5 times and now i've unlock with cable i have the cable but i didn´t have de program

You cannot with a standard data cable, you need a box like DMD said, and connect a special data cable to that box and unlock it directly. If you only have one phone to unlock it not economical to buy one - better to take it to a pro who knows what he's doing
