Hi,
I try with UFS and J.A.F Erase+MCU+PPM+PM+PP->Full Factory,but no results.Maybe problem in hardware?Thank's

Nothing,problem is still.IMEI is correct.

I had this problem with 3 nokia's
Version 3.61 and 3.78 , to get rid of this problem i ve uploaded this pp
and then menu was changed and chat menu was put into messages menu.

If you downgrade to 3.28 chat menu should be gone but its old version.

I upload PP file from original Nokia software package with J.A.F and UFS.
version before upgrade-3.61 upgraded to 3.78.
This solution not work's on all phones,because I ask in forum ************.ru
and peoples has same problem.PP upload not help's always.

flash the phone with 8801 and all will be ok 100% tested

i try flash 8801 3.76 to 8800 and send good pm but not done. and today read this topic and send RM-13_EU.pp but still same . now sometime i speak with my phone restarting mobile.

how can i do.

flash with the latest version and do ui settings and problem will be solved.Had one 6230 after upgrading to 5.35 the problem was solved
