People, need your help with 6230 charging. - GSM-Forum

So problem is, that after uem change that 6230 nokia started not charging. Writed pm from good nokia, downloaded from internet (pm installer), nothing helps, not charging. Then made experiment. Taked new nokia, changed uem, not written anything, putted on charger - not charging too! Puted back original uem, everything ok, but - not charging! PCB is clean, everything ok, so no need to write, that 'damaged pcb' or something. Please, maybe someone can send me good pm's, or something. Maybe someone need rpl for that f***** nokia?

You must tune charging parameters! You cant do it if you dont have docking station. Go to NOKIA authorised service...

The man is right cuase the UEM it self could be damaged oe low quality chip ( haveing a mallfunctioning ) , he have to check all the charging pathway (connectivity and shorts ) , then after installes a new UEM !! .

maybe UEM is not of quality of original Nokia component?

so writing a "working" PM file is no good to tune that phone, u must make proper calibration...

you farst chak with copy ( not original ) charger if charged UEM is good but you mast put good pm to charge with original charger.........
if with copy(not original) charger is not worked then UEM has perablem must change........

If not charging because PM is damage,phone display NOT CHARGING after few seconds,if display a dash and UEM changed- NO soliution at this time

It's easy

1) Check connection between Battery's connector BSI contact and R203 (one side) if 0 ohm OK
2) Check connection between R203 (other side) and C289 (Vflash1 side) must be 0 ohms
100% solves your problem (if UEM is not faulty)
