Don't worry bro , you can fix it :
1-Download and install 2008.34.6.35199 from this link http://rapidshare.com/files/14779601...2008_34-V1.exe and wait for about 5 min to finish installation, the patch soft will appear, now click PATCH,restart PC.
2-Download and install needed flash file from here (note:install only needed flash file, not more than one)
3-Launch phoenix and go File--Manage connections..--select NO CONNECTION and Apply.
4-Go FILE--Open Product--select your model and OK.
4-Go Flashing--Firmware update, new window popup,Press [...] button and select desired product code (If you install more than one flash file, products will be mixed for you now)
5-check DEAD PHONE USB FLASHING and press Refurbish, soft will ask you to powerON the phone do it and enjoy FREE FAST EASY BB5 FLASHING.

Need Urgent Help- N96 Failed To Start After Flashing

1) I changed my O2 N96 product code 0573802 to 0543695: SINGAPORE - Warm Titanium via NSS & subsequently used NSU to update firmware v12.0.

2)There was a message @ last 15 mins of updating that internet connection lost & need retry which I did.

3) But my phone was automatically switched off & on again in the last 2 mins of updating & a meesage ' In Testing Mode' appeared on the screen b4 V12.0 was successfully installed on my phone. But phone did not restart itself.

4) Using *#0000# confirmed phone updated with latest firmware. I then restored backup files from memory card to phone memory & restart.

5) Phone failed to restart & a message ' Phone start-up failed. Contact the retailer.' appeared on the screen. I tried to use Send+*+3 keys to reformat the phone but unsuccessful despite several attempts.

Would appreciate if someone can help me to overcome this problem. Thanks.
