Prodigy: Unable to read MCM HW version error: 77

I get this error message with Prodigy 6.15 when I try to flash a 6310i. I assume the bluetooth module is broken. Can anybody tell me if I'm right or what the issue is?

Thanks,
Ladi

P.S: the message is shown after "Erasing MCU area" / "MCU are erased"

I'm afraid, this is box problem. You have to update your box again. Ask your reseller what to do!
Best regards

When you got the error message, try to push the flash button again. If it will work and o.k. then this is box problem ( pic hex ). If it will not work then this is phone problem. Try and answer , please.
