Software to Flash Nokia phones!!!! No box - GSM-Forum

HI guys,
Ive been going through the threads and I cant seem to find any links to software that I can use to flash the nokia phones, without having to purchase a griffin box or some other kind of box. Isn't there any software that is reliable to use to flash a 3650 just by using the serial data cable. Also have 2 other nokia phones that I need to flash. Any good solutions out there?

Nope, does not exist ! You have to buy flasher box, no solution like in old days for DCT3.

I dont think any solution for flashing without box is anywhere near.

I read on a thread a few months ago that you can flash a 6600 nokia with the data cable. prob a load of bollocks.

Anyway. The main reason for this post...

I dont see why you cant have software that flashe dct4's... as alll a 'box' is, is a circuit board etc, which is all really computer programme stuff (ie like unlocking clips)... Hope you underatand what I am getting at... I cant explain too well as I am naff at explaining... maybe too much LSD when i was a kid !

the box with 'circuit board' is containing micro chip that has some of the program contained in it. the rest of the program is in the software interface you click the buttons on.

if someone could look through these micro chips then find the algorythm used in flash, you could make purely software version of flasher then use normal data cable to flash.

better watch tv than flashing phones
search a service shop and ask for software update for your phones
they have for sure an "box"
