Can this be used with an M/F-bus cable? I don't have any special hardware for this...

This is Nokia original SW and you must have PKD-1 dongle ! You might try Dejan DCT4 prog for security code reset !

How about the DCT4UNLOK? Will that reset security code on 3510?
