6020 cant save call log help plz... - GSM-Forum

i have nokia 6020 when i dial number its doesn't save numbers in call log also at the time of dialing i cant see number on screen , also i cant save date time , tried all types of flashing with all devices i think its hardware problem of small battry backup problem , so i replace small batry also but problem still same plz help me its very critical problem

full erase the phone, with jap and flash again.mcu_ppm_cnt.

THANKS FOR REPLAY i tried full flashing with jaf ,mtbox,ufs,universal ....
also tried with full erase no succ., writed good pm no succ. now what left?
