my opinion is that there is no password on that file?
but does it _really_ unlocks DCT-4 phones? all sorts? or is it fake without a dongle? somebody tried it ?

Yes working you need dongle.Run LPT reset "rest_port""set_port"dongle is OK 04030201......
This utils set 5V for dongle 24Mhz oscilator no working 3,4-3,7V!

Of course this soft from Ivos is WORKING, but you must buy the DONGLE!!

NONE of the software from BlackAngel is working....

The best option you have at the moment for dct4 unlocking is the dct 4 direct unlocker with dongle no logs needed.

it sells for 200quid inc p&p

current programs cant be cracked due to the dongle security dk2 feture.
