| Unlock Nokia 6170 Help to unlock Nokia 6170 previously locked by SunCom Wireless in North Carolina, USA. I've contacted the SunCom but they rejected to provide me the unlocking codes. Does anyone know how to unlock it for new service network? The display shows insert sim card when there in none in the compartment. After I insert my T-mobile card, it shows "Phone Restricted". Does it mean the phone is dead, permanently locked? or an unlocking code is required? Please advise if the phone is permanently locked. What can I do for it to be unlocked? Dannyl  |
