if you have change UEM (BLANK)you can use any right RPL file rebuild imei without log or use logs make the ask file after you will get the right RPL file to match old UEM(have old data) so use logs without change the UEM

i don't get it, so if i change a blank UEM, must i still use log files? N are those rpl files calculated free on the same standalone device or calculated via paid service?

if UEM is blank no need logs we can use griffin(standalone)............why use logs?because UEM have data you cant to rewrite so need recalculate flash data to match old UEM in case you need to pay buy logs

and the RPL file(only can use after change UEM) you can find on the net

Regarding
if UEM is blank no need logs we can use griffin(standalone)............ and
and the RPL file(only can use after change UEM)

are you saying that if
1) i change a new and blank UEM, i can rebuild imei using griffin without any log/rpl files
2) if i replace it with a used working UEM, then i need log/rpl files?

it's a bit confusing here from DCT3.
