Why,why,why,why!!!

Dear friends,
please could someone tell me what is wrong.
I used normal F/Mbus cable, and with Rolis 1.8 I can read phone info (i.e.3310), and with the same cable can't read phone info of DTC4(3510) with bWinlock 1.0.6 from B-phreaks.
Always get "unable to read phone info".
The same message get also if I don't connect cable to 3510.
I tried connect external 5V to max232 but always a same.
I used correct F/Mbus cable (PIN10 of chip connect via diode to RX and via resistor 1KOhm to Tx, Pin 9 of chip direct connect to RX).
But don't think that is cable errors, because without cable when I started program bWinlock 1.0.6 get the same message above.
I used Win98.
Please I really ask for help.
I searched on forum and don't found answer.
Please still one more help me
Regards to all

I guess cables are different for 33 and 35 models... 33 cables works on 34, but on 35 not sure if works.

Of course that I used different connector, I am not new in this forum.
On the connector for 3510, I used next pin
1 2 3
4 5 6

2-GND
4-RX
5-Mbus
6-TX
1,3 has no pin on the connector.
I also connected external power 5V but the same.
Also when I started program without any connection I get the same message
"Unable to get phone version" is it correct?
Please help me, and thanks to all who made answer.
Thanks guys

Try Pin 10 of chip direct connect to TX without diode and resistor (use only FBus)!!! And try connect to other SW for example: LogoMan.
