You need practice.take out old ic from board.clean pcb for extra solder on ic pads.clean with acetone.apply little flux carefully place ic between markings on board follow ic orientation.Apply hot hair.give air with low pressure as high pressure moves ic from place.see all process through lens as ic balls starts melting increase air slightly.
