1100 current flowing without power on


Dear brothers,
How are you?
Nokia 1100, when power on and around 4 seconds, display was fade and
off.
Then I connected with power supply, there is 210 mA without power on.

How can I solve this problem?

check capacitor arround the IC's .... find short capcitor ....when u found that capacitors...c the capacitors are sold around which ic...then try to change that IC may b it solve ur problem
