1100 dead but local mode


i have 1100 dead but goes into local mode i have already change bsi resistor.how to solve the problem?

it stays allways in local mode???even without cable????if so try to clean well the PCB

phone receive like that, it goes in local mode when connect with jaf but without connecting to software it just remain dead i have already tried to replace r206 but problem remain.

there`s no neeed to replace anything...if u put cable it is normal to enter local mode...if it is dead try to erase flash and after that make a full flash....

you can red info of the phone but cant be flashed i have tried different boxes but in vain.
