1100 imie ???????????4 problemm? - GSM-Forum

Hi.
Here I have one 1100 show imie ???????????4.
It fall down from table then broken like this. So is it uem dry joint problemm or flash imie problemm? All ics are glued.
When I read UEM imie with griffin it show IMEI=31153900857545
But own original IMEI=35153900857545
So why this 35 and 31 differ?
Give me advice? I need to recalculated flash imie or rehot UEM?

Try rehot uem with hot air 4-5 sec, ot change

it muse be 35 !
and your flash rom data has problem or flash rom it has problem

If all ics are glued i think you vaste your time, don't try to rehot UEM or flash or you have dead phone but if you want good solution you have to remove glue under UEM, and after i think yhou know the procedure.

All ics are glued. So I have no choice right now. Before I never tried to remove glued 1100 UEM,flash ic. Better to give back phone.

1100 2300 Flash is not glued.... but a bit tricky to remove reball and resolder....
do it only if u have experience !!

Not trick..but experience and stable hands needed to remove Glued IC, BTW 1100,2300 Flash is NOT glued !!
