2.Change lcd
3.flash your phone
4.removed localmode solution

1. First full erase, then flash with rh 70, write good pm and unlock. if problem not solve then flas with with rh-93 and write good pm.
2. if not ok remove loal mode parts.
3. last change sim ic.
