first change one more time speaker new or current workink 100% tested speaker , after change the speaker your problem not solve,

are you sure speaker problem comes in ringer ic ?
because speaker controll in UEM ic

i am sure the ringer ic controll only ringing sound.

We Need To Understand Some Things As Far As Ear Pieces And Ringers Are Concerned. If A Phone Has Both Ringer And Ear Piece Separately, The Ringer Will Give A Reading Of About 7-9 Ohms While The Ear Piece Will Give Around 35 Ohms At Most.

However, If The Sound System Is Such That Both Hearing And Ringing Are Done By One Component As Is The Case In Phones Like 1110, 1600, 1112, And Others The Resistance Will Be Low Giving Around 7-9 Ohms.

Now, If You Made A Mistake Of Replacing This Type Of Ringer/ear Piece Combined With 35 Ohms Which Is Designed To Work As Hearing Component Only, You May Have The Like Of The Problem You Mentioned Here.

So, Get A 7-9 Ohms Speaker For Replacement Before Trying To Go A Little Bit High-tech.
