1110i flashing probs - GSM-Forum

hello friends,
i have one nokia 1110i phone.the phone complaint is network and hang ringer problem.when i put it to the software hwk and jaf both.there is a writing problem.it shows err cmd 14.i slowly heat the flash ic .but still same.is any soln please reveal soon.

when i press check only runs

you should heat the cpu. it will be ok 100%
