sir you need to change the IC beside the CPU....

What make this problem?You must be clear!Ask customer if you don't know.There are three solutions For: water damage-fall down-and itself.

it might be uem fault but you have to first check charging tips value if its right then 2nd step is put charger into cahrging jack remove bettrey and check bettery conector value 3rd is remove bettery conector pf. problem still asist then u should work on uem and be carefull to remove uem it might be damage.......................
