1200 failes extracting content pakage - GSM-Forum

Hy Members. Today i can't flash 3 phone 1200. Till today in my computer was installed UFS v 2.0.8.0 everything was ok! But Today i downloaded UFS suite minor 2.0.8.4. So started problems with extracting content packages. I read about UFS suite minor 2.0.8.4 and this verse supports unlock 1200 v 5.80. So i flashed all 1200 with 5.80. After fail content package with this verse. I tried to flash them with other verse 5.06, 5.53. 5.71. Promlems not gone. flashed also with JAF v1.98.62 same problem. I use universal cable, there is no problems with cable because today i flashed 1600 with this cable. Phone flashed ok!. Also today i flashed 6233 with UFS suite minor 2.0.8.4 flahed ok! I can't understand what problem. First time 1200 flash failed i think that problem was with phone. But when 2 1200 and 3 1200 failed i dont understand.... So help me please what's problem with phone or with programm. Was this problem with u? I installed back UFS v 2.0.8.0 but same problem....

Dear Seeruz,

This is the problem coming from your UPP and UEM. Rehot those IC'S with AMTECH GEL on the top and use thick nozzle to heat up in the clockwise and anti-clockwise shape and lastly hold down your nozzle just on the middle of those IC'S. Let smoke to come out at the time of heating. Don't worry. After heating, simply cool down the PCB under high speed fan for at least 10 minutes and then check.

Don't forget to let us know the result. Ok?

Brother thanks for answer. But i already tried reball UPP and flash IC one of 1200! problem not solved. What u think.

hi dude.
before hardware please do it.
in flashing when extracting contant package,atonce press power buttun of phone until rebooting the phone and first boot ok.
remains flashing will be complete.

Hi Seeruz,

Nokia 1200,1208,1209 & 1650 having one layer UPP IC. That's why there is least chance of success for reballing this IC.

That's why I asked u only to give proper heat on and around the ic with AMTECH GEL on top.

Rest is ur luck.
