1200 keypad problem

hi brothers i have 1200 , it has keypad problem ,i changed keypad IC with new one several time ,but the phaone is in same state , its 7 8 9 * 0 # buttons do not work .......................any solution

bro try it in these types of models like 1200 or 1202 if keypad prob occurs first check all keypad ways if all ok after change keypad ic and save ur ics and i thinks its 98% ways problem so first check it
