full erasse. full flash. good pm. factory setting. unlock.

if problem not solve then clean the pcb. with ctc. then change the crystal

Did you have network problem with slow function

i got the same problem in NOKIA 1600
then i am changed the Crystal That see in the middle of power ic and flash ic

i can solve the problem

so try to change that and post reply

oh Sorry I have a mistake..............
i mean the crystal is in 1200(middle of power IC and Flash IC)

brother real time crystal or second local crystal make this problem
first u must change RTC like that picture
