sir did u clean the phone 1st before you flash it?

reheat the flash ic then flash it again

friend first deep clean the pcb in u/s cleaner if problem not solved then reflow or reball upp , don't touch anything else , post result

if flash light on set is ok.then short flash light {3 point same short with 4th}

set will ok

read carefuly if ok on flash light

You can check this quite easily see whether the charge on the restart, if not then the UPP
