1208 network problem - GSM-Forum

1208 no network , when i scarch the network by manually i can see only scarching, i flsh the phone with latest flash file write good pm but same problem. but when go to self test then i can see
RF_CHIP_ID_TEST FAILED

WHAT IS THE PROBLEM? what i do? plz help me its very urzent

rehot upp with good flux then flash with jaf write pm file and unlock i solved by this method many times first rehot upp then flash ok
