1600 dead very strange problem


I have many of nokia 1600 dead ,i flashed it and takes full flash ok,full ui satting ok,it is changing mode ok (local mode,test mode,normal mode).but nothing is showing in display.

And phone is not going turn on with battry,can anyone give me feed back.

remove the double resistence,of local mode,,,,,also check battery terminal, - 1,,,,,,if not succes,,,check upp,,and also full flash,and then unlock,,plz post result
