Run BBself test routine and check for "keyboard stuck up" failed....

i have this problem too. but i give the phone software and work for 2 hours and the problem come back
and dont know how to fix it
its software not hardware and need some one to help me

have you replaced the cystel keypad ic? it is a silver coloured square ic, it controls the keypad. if u have, then are u sure that the ic is connecting propply? as if the points are not connected the keypads will not work. u need to use new keypad ic, not a secondhand one. if u need i can supply u with it. if u still have probblem contact me i will give u pcb solution thanks.
