hi , some time i've faced the same problem. finally i've solve that *problem. when i get that type of problem then still i'm applying my type of solution everytime.
firstly i wash my motherboard then i keep that motherboard under a 100 power bulb for 20 minutes heating all circuit which include that motherboard. after 5 minutes i keep that for cool.then resetting the motherboard then flash again. now i think it will be done.

thanks......................
