1600 Sim Not Vaid - GSM-Forum

Ok have just got this for my mom as she has an old 3310

It keeps coming up with sim not valid

ow as a newbie does this mean the phone needs unlocking the IMEI number is intact

And what type is the phone isit BB5 or symbian or dct3 or 4

andi dont have a cable so cant try to unlock myself

press *#06# though u see some number, it just need to unlock with device like UFS, JAF, MT BOX etc.

but though see some ?????????????????? this symbol, u need to change ur UEM.

yes true,check your imei mobile,if show ??????? change your uem,if not,unlock your mobile with jaf

If ur phone IMEI goes to ?????????????
Then U have to buy rpl & write this with any proper tool.
