1616 dead solution

if 1616 not connect with software even not power on with power supply or battery

first chk for shortage
second chk lcd and lcd prints on board

if all ok

just rehot flash ic

this solution also work when u connect set with power supply and set take amp without press power button

it is work some times.but not all time if flasher is water damage or damage
