1650 goes to blue screen please help

I have 165. show nokia and goes to blue screen. full flashed but still same
problem please any one have solution

bro problem solved. just flash ur pon wid 5.91 and rite gud pm file then unlock and factory setting that all.

display then change LCD or check lcd ways....
if set goes on hanging position hen change UEM...check vio1.8v
on display jeck.....
