1650 hdat error - GSM-Forum

Hello i have a one 1650 handset its dead its boot is ok this is show error when writing mcu after compleating 21% writing its shows write 14 hdata error, i m rebioles the whole control section(uem+upp+flash) but problem is same could any one tell the meaning of this error ,plssssssss help me thank you

withc file ver u apley on the set remove resester up batrey termanial and try it with 5.91 if no resuls
then flash it with 4.11

i have not 4.11 flash image but i am flash with 4.51 but problem is still same
