1650 no network found - GSM-Forum

The set water damaged .first it restarts when i tried to search manually.
Then i flashed it write pm & unlocked it with jaf , now after serching it shows no network found i even changed PA ic but still no success, any idea how to solve this

just clean the phone with patrol
or flash it.
