Dead phones that can flash but nor start - GSM-Forum

it is about 8310, 7210 and 6310
the phones I have can do the following
can accept flash
can reset and unlocked
even during the reseting shows the local and test modes

but when pressing power
the phone does not show something....

can anybody help

start griffin, connect phone and test to star phone
if phone started problem is batery
if not start see in service manual power button and rezistor from power button to UEM

Try to upload PMM file from working phone.
8310 - check GND of battery connector.

in 8310 & 6310 you need to change flash ic if fhone accept flash , in 7210 you check flash ic and ram ic

i have the same problem,my 6310 can normal work with UFS,in test mode or in normal mode,already with sim card can call,but when i plug out UFS,phone can not start.If with UFS it work,that flash ic ok,power key is ok too

the one and the only problem is the flash ic you must hot or change it 1000% tested

i have a 6610 and 7250 the phone can flash okay but does not switch on and after
flashing it does not show local mode or test mode when switching on it just shows
displays lights for 1 sec and switches off

any sugesstions please from experts

Then UPP or UEM or FLash or Ram is not properly soldered.

HI JERRY IHAD UR PROBLEM I FLASHED MANY TIMES WITH GRIFFIN AT THE END IT SOLVED BYflash ver 4.22 AND ITS OK NOW .....
