Here's where u can get service manuals:http://web218.bces-3040.de/nokia/flash_unlock.php . Download the manual and learn which Ic controls the LEDs, keypad, ringer and buzzer. Change it. This ic is also called UI(user interface) IC. Please don't waste time any more time asking where this IC is. If after changing still u have probs u can ask for more hints. Post the results here.

KBD leds are controlled by the same IC as keboard leds,I don't remeber it's name and number.
But it have two inputs and two oitputs. Inputs are enable lcd light and enable keyboard light.
It also have two inputs (LCD and KBD) current adjast. If one of these (current setting) resistor is damaged then you will recieve no light.
There are also protective resistors... They can also be faulty.

checking the IC's is the best tricks to repair the phone, so what do you do if the IC's changed but the problem can't solve??????????????????????????????
It means probably the resistor arround the UI Ic's is bad or lost. So checking is the best way man...!!!
In the Service manual book there isn't shown what do you do "KEY PAD IC"!!!
Please be a professional man...!!!!!!!

Its true that resistors can get damaged, but in most cases changing the IC solves the prob.
