hi mate!
check keyboard interface ICs, they are placed near keyboard connector, also check keyboard and board for liquid damages.

Just open the phone, clean the keypad, and DON'T TENSE THE SCREW HARD, JUST A LITTLE.

I had same problem, and solved.

ı have thanks for reply...i clean the keypad and i checked and changed keypad connectör ıc..but it same..any solution..thanks all..
