if u conect with soft it showing local mode?????
after removing from cable not power on?????
i think it is the problem of the flash ic?u read u r rpl and change the flash ic,
otherwise u need to change the power ic also
after flash ic changing flash the phone phone will on 100%

The same here! 2300 is dead. Local mode in Tornado only. The phone can be flashed, PM can be flashed. But the Test mode can't be initialised, so UI Settings can not be applied. And black lcd for some seconds if powered on.
So, I need a solution. Please, anybody!

my 2300 after flashing its ok but not signal, after writing pm phone can open without display,

anyone have this solution

use this way
- use erase file 2300 fill in mcu block and flash
- reflash phone again is normal ( mcu ,ppm)
- write 2300full.pm to phone

I have all the flashes! I flashed the phone! I flashed the pm!
But I can't use UI Settings! The phone CAN NOT change the mode.
It is in Local mode only!

1- erase flash
2- write full flash mcu ;ppm
3- write pm 1100
4- If no restart phone again write flash mcu ;ppm

Thanx, but I have already tried to erase the flash, actually I tried everything with software. And now I'm absolutely sure that is hardware bug. But I dunno what kind of bug, what component has a bug. Had a similar problem with 3120 - it showed 'Local mode' while being powered via battery but worked with Tornado. It was necessary to remove on component near PA. The bug was solved.
So I think 2300 has smth alike. But what?!

Hi, I think your phone is not power on but is can flash compleate and It is this promblem you chang 32K crystal near UEM post again is happen

Thanx man. But it didn't help. Tried to resolder the crystall, tried to flash even without the crystall. But all the same - 'Local mode' with Tornado, and black flashes on lcd via battery.
