2300 showing a small car on the screen - GSM-Forum

did any body can help me i have nokia 2300 when powering phone showing signal after 1 second signal lost and showing car kit on the screen??????

what i must doing for that ????

already reflashing phone write pm full erasing but no have change?????

May be the set is with water entry. Clean the board properly. If network still disappears, change pf and for car symbol, clean the charging connector and replace mike.

i try to power on the without no plug in on the phone but still have car logo ???

check or change the L102 dual coil......

1.Replaced carging block and clean contacts on pc board.
2.Resolder baseband.

For a car kit check hands free connector.

I think the set is water damaged, you need shematic diagram and check for short Capasitor

just short the two connector on the board which is connected to the headset & it will be ok

I experience this problem once,u disconnect the charging block the icon will still appear,try to replace a good condition charging block,hope it will help u.
