First, if you try to unlock a 2330c-2b RM-513, you will get following error:

I don´t know if patch for this version (RM-513) is missed only for me or for everybody. Anyway, there´s no need to make flash to solve this. All that is needed is to write a full PM from working RM-512.

Now phone will be found like RM-512 and is ready for unlock. Remember: to unlock this model you need to have DCT4+ SL2 activation, or credits.

After unlock, if you want to keep 850/1900Mhz band, you will need to write back a RM-513 full PM. But if you need to convert it to 900/1800Mhz, you will need only disassemble phone, remove filters and make the following jumpers:

Now your 850/1900Mhz will work on 900/1800Mhz networks. Like this phone: 2330c-2b RM-153 manufactured to Vivo Operator (724-06) 850/1900Mhz working fine after conversion on TIM Operator (724-02) 900/1800Mhz.
