2600 while connect to software LOCAL MODE Appears in LCD but not Power ON by Battery. Some one have solution?

Yuvi Sir have U changed UEM in 2600 earlier? If yes, than please tell me the trick bcoz it is glued.

no problem is in pm full flash the phone with good pm
I repaired 3 sets like this

yes glued ic can be replaced ....use search 4 more info...........as far as ur 2600 ..........full flashing ur set with good pm after erase would be better idea than replacing uem ic.........
