I try to change keypad,key ic , rehot cpu ,but ok,exit,up,down, keys not working ,..plz ayn giv idea.......

i also tried all the above solution and even changed the keypad strip but same condition unable to solve the problem

have you check the keypad module???try replace it ??? if same problem check your CPU

Use orig. Ic dead bosrd 100000000000000000000% ok.
