after full erase same problem contact service...unlock your phone sir... or flash the phone with latest version..then unlock

the only solution is to unlock it by Mt-Box to remove contact service 100% tested soo many time
there is no solution except that but u must have logs

Flash the phone with MT-BOX with latest version on support and all will bo OK

use mtbox v1.423 fash it with version 4.21 and do unlock all will be ok
