2650 insert sim card after face change - GSM-Forum

i have a 2650 created a problem after face change ....tried to check the continuty but still problem persist....any ideas geniouses out there

check again and refit carefully. may be sim switch contect problem there or flax.

please check with display unit side board sim connector side one swich is there it works when you insert sim card it will be short this type of problem i solved thankssssss

Have you also changed the flap (belt made of flexible PCB ) which connects tha parts from the bottom PCb to the upper part of the flap containing the LCD ? There was a whole lot in the market of this flaps which had this problem of "insert sim card" with the sim card inside. Please change the flap with a flap from a working phone and check.
