it drop in water after servicng it open and work but when display light off it not work.

Sorry, no actual solution for wather damaged phones, read the service solution, look at the service manuals, see what's the problem and reapair it

i have 2670 lcd light not work but key light and external lcd light work, i have not flex to check, but can i said that light ic is good

You mean LCD light turn off with phone?? I have solution for this somewhere, tomorrow I'll try to find it for You

What about manual network selection??

LCD light is broken. Change LCD
