1600 contact service and invalid sim - GSM-Forum

i recieve nokia 1600 which is still on nokia logo and blinks,i flash with version 3.XX and 4.xx,after flashing and all locks,i insert sim it show invalid sim,i try with other sim then it shows contact service?any solution?

Try erase full then flash phone with ver 6.0 will work OK don't downgrade it i think new chip not support old version.GoodLuck

if u try erase full then flash phone with new version is not ok!i think try mtbox...the solution is ok!

hi there... just full erase n flash it with mt.... with any version.... all b fine.. br

complete erase with mt box erase section user area 1 and 2 and flash set with 3.42/5.0-- and than write pm but remember only click on unlock and get info if still contact service hardware remove resistor from middle battery point to ground both are in oposite side with each other and you see in 14/1/2007 posts definate solution tested by me 100%ok
