2760 ear speaker not working allredy change flux but same problem

NOKIA 2760 EAR SPEAKER PROBLEM . Nokia 2760 ear speaker is not working. I have changed the speaker and flex also, but the problem is same. anyone please post the ways of ear speaker . please help .

I think this is for buzzer . but I need ear speaker ways . By the cause of water my main board's flex connector is little damaged, I think the problem is from there. So I need a ways of flex connector. please anyone help me.
