3100 blinking problem - GSM-Forum

Hi masters I have Nokia 3100 It a have a problem its imei --------------
with out sim it is ok but with sim it is blinking I flash it mcu+ppm+pmm+cnt and with out cnt write pm UI option after this erase flash and again flash but problem is still the sam pleas help how can i sold this problem

try to download the latest version.if still the same try to reheat your upp.

if problem with sim then reflow heat on flash ic or reball it.
if without sim then UEM

Its UEM problem. reball the UEM........

if not work then change uem all will be ok

Hi,

I am trying to flash a dead nokia 2600 with ufs Box.

Select 3100 --> Erase --> Start Address 01000000 (Default) --> Change the End Address 01FFFFFF to 013FFFFF. Now erase the flash area.

Then write MCU and PPM files. Now Phone OK. (GSM 900 Mhz Signal Error).

Write 1100 PM File 34% only (Do not write full pm file). Remove the tick (Un Select) in Autodetect Product. Select 1100 --> Wr PM --> 1100 pm file --> Stop in 34% . Now phone work with 100% Good Signal.

Use same Method for 2600 & 3120. Thanks.
